Warped segment of upper rotation ring

The segment containing the home sensor is strongly warped, making it conical. This causes the segments on either side to warp also. See photos below.

This segment of the upper rotation ring is conically warped.

This segment of the upper ring is very conical, and it makes the rest of the ring conical also.

The ring segment slopes upward torward the center of the ring.

Even from a distance, the warped segment is visible.
